「It’s a MOTEL not a HOTEL, if you are looking for somewhere to rest and have your baggages secured, this place would be ideal. It’s located directly in the town, within less than 2 minutes to the beach, About 6 minutes from front street, back street, boardwalk and restaurants. There was not safety concerns. The images are very accurate. Our room (kitchenette studio) was clean and the appliances were functional, beware there is no microwave. There was parking and the staff were attentive. 」

「This property was close to everything from groceries, pharmacy, bakeries and fantastic restaurants. You could walk anywhere, careful watching the busy traffic though. Next to the draw bridge where you can see the yachts and sail boats going in and out of the bay. Our room overlooked the beach and Simpson Bay. So much beauty each day. 「The host is easy to contact and prompt in addressing concerns / accomodating our requests. Great location; well-furnished studio. The terrace / balcony is a nice feature. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value. 」
