“Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough ”

“My son and I absolutely loved (!!!) staying here. Tom is so nice and personable, and he provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was also fun that he could chat some about recent history of Freiburg. The rooms were clean and well-heated, and the showers and whirlpool tub were great! Modern. “There was no dishwasher. The utensils were extremely dirty. The tea kettle was dirty we could not use it. There was not even 1 extra towel for the whole stay. The parking is at a different level than the property it was extremely difficult to bring our things to the room. ”

“Leider konnte man die Klobürste nicht verwenden, da sie an der Halterung festgeklebt war. Die Fernbedienung des TV hat zudem gemeldet, dass die Batterien fast leer seien. Die Kissenbezüge waren zu klein für die Kissen, sodass diese auf eines Seite herausragten. Stil und Sauberkeit der Unterbringung top. Größe des Zimmers positiv aufgefallen. Super, dass es genügend Parkplätze gab.”
