"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was the typical compact size you expect from a Japanese business hotel, but it felt modern, clean, and comfortable. The public baths were a real highlight — spacious, relaxing, and spotless. Staff were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a short walk away. A reliable and well-run hotel that I’d gladly stay at again."

"A pleasant and reliable stay. The hotel feels a little older in style but is clean, comfortable, and well kept, with friendly and professional staff. I liked the quiet ground-floor entrance that leads straight to the elevators, with reception on the second floor. There are no laundry facilities, which for me was a bit of a downside since I’ve been hiking from city to city and rely on being able to wash clothes regularly. It’s a short walk to the station and nightlife, and the view of the city with Mount Fuji in the background is beautiful. I would happily stay here again."

"This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large."
