“Great property. Basically on the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Great place to stay or use as a base to explore Jervis Bay.”

“Very clean, basic needs met as far a comfort is concerned. I would stay again, this visit was mainly for business purposes. Very friendly caretaker and family. I would recommend this for friends and family.”

“The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. “My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing time. The kids loved interacting with the animals, really enjoyed the indoor movie theatre and all the range of toys/games that were available to us! While the kids were well entertained, the adults were able enjoy our quiet moments. Luanne was a generous, gracious host & very easy to communicate with.We would definitely recommend this place, especially for families with children.”

“Aptly named home for a getaway from Sydney/work in a wonderful location and accurate as described. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable, clean and spacious home with fabulous ocean views. Has everything you need including a generously stocked pantry. Great place for family/friends. Favorite space was relaxing on the lovely furnished back deck that is well equipped to enjoy the view/weather and landscaping down to the beach. Thanks Jen for the welcome gift and regular communication……

“The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. It was so hard to find a place that would work for a large group of adults as most places that fit this many people rely on bunk beds or multiple beds in a room, but this place was perfect. ”

“The house and location was perfect for our family and friends. We attended our daughter’s wedding at Eleven Eighty and the house was just perfect. Close to wedding venue and easy to organise transport. Communication was excellent from the very beginning and Deb was amazing to deal with. Thank you so much ”
