It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. "Apartment itself wasn't bad but the stairwell to get to the apartment had a few dead roaches lying around that weren't cleaned up until the 4th day of our stay. Also, there was a problem with water collecting at just upon entering the apartment of the floor which was a slip hazard. The water remained present throughout our stay. "It is located very close to the action , old building,sand stone wall, make it very unique. The only thing is the noise from the street, looks like it is next to a busy street, cars driving by never stop, the old building has no way to block the noise,The only time quiet will be from 12am to 5 am. If you don't mind the noise, this is a good unique place to stay"

"We were very disappointed with the property. The rooms we stayed in were absolutely filthy; something like this has never happened to me. There's mold on the kitchen ceiling, and as a result, a bad smell hits you as soon as you enter the house. The shower stall is wedged between the kitchen cabinets; I don't find it hygienic; the space to get in is extremely narrow. There's no sink for brushing your teeth or face; there's only the kitchen sink, which should be used exclusively for washing...

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent breakfast (although the musak could be maddening). Always helpful staff. We enjoyed our Maltese balcony - once we had worked out how to prop the windows open. East to get to the centre although up a steep road. If you want flat, Valetta is not for you. Thoroughly enjoyable stay."
