「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down town area with plenty of dining and shopping.
