「I arrived about 9 pm. The temp was 70, with 71% humidity. I set the thermostat to 65. After 10 min, the sytem kicked off. I contacted the owner. He said to close the blinds & give the thermostat time to communicate with the A/C. Ten min had already passed. The temp had gone up & the humidity was now 76%. By 10 pm, it was clear the situation wasn't improving. I let the owner know & made other plans. The next day at 2:30, the temp was 67, BUT the humidity was 80%. I stayed 20+ min. The temp rose...

「Every room and area was very clean, they had fresh towels and even q-tips in the bathrooms, the host communicated often and clearly. The parking was a little hard to find, but once you drive behind the house down the alleyway, you see the gravel spot. This place is definitely family friendly with the bunk beds and kids’ toys; perfect for young families.」

「The house was close to the Gas City Performing Arts Center, which was the purpose of our visit. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house was generally clean, but overall it was very outdated, worn and in need of some TLC.」
