"First of all I don't think the pictures do the place justice - it's so lovely and so much space. There was 18 adults for a 2 night stay and we felt like we had plenty of space and everyone commented on how nice it was and how comfortable their stay was. The decor is lovely and fresh, the bathrooms are gorgeous, and beds comfy. Communication with hosts was great and prompt, check in easy and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"I arrived to a freezing cold apartment, windows left wide open and due to being short could not reach over the counter tops to close them, then when I went to use the bathroom found dirty towels in the cupboard under the sink that had blood on, tv did not work, no channels so could not use any of the apps as tv would not connect to the internet which none of my devices could, the internet code and password couldn't even be found, the steps to get to the bedroom would have been fine apart from...

"An early phone call on the day told us that there was a problem with the toilet flush! But the host was very amenable in giving us the choice of having the house next door instead if we wished. On arrival we chose the original booked house as it had a walk in shower rather than bath and managed to make the faulty flush system work. The communication for key code details was supposed to be 24 hours prior to check in but was only given on the morning. This did not give a feeling of certainty but...
