“Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming……

“Wonderful home with a top notch team behind it! All the fun with plenty of space for our large family. The pool and game room are awesome but my favorite parts were the kitchen and the massage chairs! A high end stay with a high end team behind it! Worth every !!!”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is cozy and well appointed. It's very close to downtown Cherry Valley which provided some great dining options. We are planning on returning at some point. ”

“The house was cute and backyard was fully fenced and perfect for your furbabies. The kitchen had what ypu need, couch was a little stained (happens n vrbos all the time) but so super comfy!!! Great location, perfect for what we need. The stairs were a bit steep, and bedrooms upstairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to have help.”

“This is a very interesting property taking a very old house and make some additions to make it into a VRBO. Couple of issues with this. The noise from people walking around, going up and down stairs is extremely loud. This is especially true in the master suite/former living room. If the guest in that room is first up, probably not an issue but since it was the opposite, it made it difficult to sleep in the morning. The other issue is the 5th full bathroom is attached to a little office (it does……
