“I would not recommend this hotel. I checked in on March 15 and left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. The bed was dirty with hair on it, there were ants in the bathroom, and it was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, some of the outlets didn’t work. The entire room felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk right away to cancel, and they told me they couldn’t switch my room and that I would need to dispute the charge with my……

“We arrived Saturday AM to Rockford for a soccer tournament and our morning game was canceled at the last minute. Maria was amazing and let us check in early rather than make us wait until 3pm. It was a life saver!”

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“The property is a bit dated and run down. But it’s fair priced, clean, the staff are kind enough, and the breakfast is actually one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It was comfy. ”

“There was a smoke alarm going off close to my room and the woman who checked me in was determined to find the smoke alarm which was beeping upon my check in. We found it together, She was very friendly and wanted to solve the problem.”

“Overall it is a good hotel. The room is big. Paid breakfast is good and very friendly staffs. But since I stay at the first floor, I can feel the stamping from above floor and noise from time to time.”
