“No safe walkway to casino area, staff unfriendly and provided false info. Breakfast was always empty and took too long for service, do not provide towels or missing coffee to rooms. You much go pick up.”

“Need to check the pool on a regular basis. My husband and I were going to get into the pool but the water was hazy, which made me think the pool was not staff monitored.”

“I loved the courtyard outside and it was a comfortable place to spend the night for a concert about 15 minutes away. No issues. But definitely the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel.”

“The restroom was not as clean and that is a big deal to me... hairs were found and the same ones were there after I asked for the room to be cleaned”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson……

“Room was perfect for an overnight stay. I checked in early evening on a Saturday evening and it was pretty noisy from the street and nearby businesses. But all that pretty much comes to a halt after 9 pm as these are businesses that close by then. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They do not serve breakfast but the coffee is excellent!”
