「I would not recommend this hotel. I checked in on March 15 and left immediately after seeing the condition of the room. The bed was dirty with hair on it, there were ants in the bathroom, and it was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned. On top of that, some of the outlets didn’t work. 「We arrived Saturday AM to Rockford for a soccer tournament and our morning game was canceled at the last minute. Maria was amazing and let us check in early rather than make us wait until 3pm. It was a life saver!」

「We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.」
