“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

“We loved staying here! I loved the high ceilings, large kitchen. and spacious apartment. The only reason I gave a 4 star “family friendly” is if your kids have a hard time falling asleep with noise. However, the owners were very transparent about it. It never bothered me, but my 12 year old daughter was a bit bothered on Thursday nights when she had to go to school the next day. Amazing location, parking, and overall convenience. Would stay here again for sure! ”

“Nice place close to downtown LaCrosse and within walking distance of neighborhood bars. Houghton’s is at the end of the street and has good food. Tom was quick to respond and extremely nice.”
