“Receptionists were not very friendly, but the apartment was good in all equipments and clean. The tram station is just 3mins walk distance. If you just travel with partner, it’s a good choice to stay here.”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“Clean and well-appointed house within 5 minutes walk of more restaurants and cafes than you could ever manage to sample in one trip on Bridge Road. Easy walk to Melbourne Park and even to the city through Fitzroy Gardens. (We walked to Carlton and back.) Trams to the city and St Kilda also a 5 minute walk away. Daniel was great to deal with and available when we needed some advice. We also appreciated the little things that you don’t find in every holiday rental (washing powder!) that Daniel……

“Loved the location for the 20-minute walk to the Australian Open. Also easy walks to Coles (groceries) and good dining / bar options (Cricketer's Arms). The in-unit laundry is excellent for our style of travel. Tram stop nearby, though we never needed it. Only complaint? Would have liked a wash cloth in the bathroom, but that's not a deal breaker, obviously. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
