Come relax at this cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 936 square foot private home. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Detroit, Ann Arbor, and the airport are only 20 minutes away. Restaurants and grocery shopping all within a mile.

Great communication
We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again.

Perfect home-away-from-home for our trip from FL to MI visiting family. We were there for 10+ days and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations! Comfortable, convenient, clean - you will not be disappointed booking a stay here!!

Very nice house
We had a great experience. Jodi, the owner, is very helpful and communicates very quickly. Check-in was a breeze, and the house is SUPER clean. Quiet neighborhood, and easy access. Super comfortable beds and VERY fast internet. I think the thing that stood out for me was the fact that the house was stocked with coffee, tea, filters, sugar, creamer etc. And b/c there's a washer and dryer Jodi had stocked the laundry room with tons of detergent and dryer sheets. There's shampoo, soap, dishsoap - everything you need. Thanks Jodi!

Easy in Westland
Very basic simple small home. No frills but has the basics. No dishwasher but all needed to wash them. Nice selection of appliances in kitchen. Matresses are great. Definitely a good place to sleep.

This was the perfect place to stay for my Daughter-in-laws graduation from Concordia. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. I would highly recommend this home to rent if you are staying in town for business, college tours, college graduations, or need a quiet spot close to downtown or Ann Arbor.

Perfect for UM graduation
Exceptionally clean house and perfect for what we needed for graduation weekend at UM. The price was reasonable and much less than renting something in Ann Arbor during graduation. Jodi was very communicative and made checking in and out easy. Quiet, safe neighborhood with convenient grocery stores & coffee shops.
