It's a good deal and a great place for a big group. Beds were super comfortable. It needs a little TLC: microwave didn't work, dishes were dirty, limited silverware.

Great place to stay in Detroit !

13 of us were in town for the Buffalo Bills / Detroit Lions game .We had a wonderful stay at your home ! It was a 10 min Uber ride to downtown . The home was very comfortable for all of us with the 2 living rooms ,spatious kitchen and dinning room . I highly reccomended this place for any large groups ..

Great property and awesome host. The only suggestion I’d make is to provide a place for clothing in the two bedrooms without closets…perhaps a chest of drawers or a free standing wardrobe closet. Other than that the house was clean, the kitchen well stocked and overall enjoyable experience for me and my family.

We had a great time and everything was simply wonderful! We had one of our attendees focused on making breakfast the day of the wedding and the kitchen had everything she needed. Perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms!

Flawless stay, beautiful property

We stayed here in November 2023 and honestly everything was fantastic. The property was very clean, enough towels for everyone, so many bedrooms! The area felt safe and was a short drive to downtown and food places. For some reason the app wouldn’t let me message in the chat function (kept saying undelivered) but regardless we were able to keep in contact with Derrick who was extremely nice and such a quick responder. Would absolutely recommend this place and host!

Huge Home with amazing neighbors

Pamela was able to accommodate my family on a last minute need. This home is spacious, clean amnd can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. The remodel is great. I would love to own a home like this one day. The neighbor to left, Miss Minnie is a very kind woman. Close to downtown and was everything we needed and more. Thanks Pamela!

Great property…it was perfect for me and my family

I had a lot of family, including myself, coming in from out of town to visit family in Detroit. There were 14 of us total and we slept comfortably in this home. There was enough sleep space and social space for all of us. The house is really nice and spacious. The neighborhood is coming up, but my Detroit family said it’s not the best area. With that info, I was disappointed the alarm didn’t work, but we didn’t have any issues at all with the neighborhood or overall security issues. I would stay here again most definitely.

Nice place for a large group

The host and concierge were very easy to communicate with, answered all questions very quickly. We had plenty of room and hang out areas for a large group. Not too far from Ford Field where our event was. There is not a driveway so you must park on the side of the street. This is fine but may be an issue for large groups in the future ( didnt bother us at all). The only recommendation we had is the flooring needs replaced. There are lots of cracks and flooring coming apart that snags your feet. Thank you for the stay!

Home base for speech and debate tournament

Our today was perfect for our speech and debate team while we were there for a week I think National forensic Association National Tournament hosted by Wayne State. Century located in downtown Detroit this home was perfect for the eight of us with enough space for sleep and enjoyment. Highly recommend
