Nice on the inside.

While our loft was very nice, the exterior of the building needs some attention. We had a problem at check in but Glenda responded immediately and helped us out. The "air conditioner" and 3rd floor access was less than adequate and had we known that ahead of time, probably wouldn't have booked. But, overall, we had a nice stay.

Wonderful Property!!

Don’t be deterred - the parking lot, front lobby, and elevator are fine, but it’s once you get inside that you’ll see everything this property has to offer. We LOVED our stay here! Our host was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious, eclectic, and so fun! We were two moms visiting with our teen daughters for a sports event at Huntington Place, and we were easily able to walk there from the apartment. (This was a huge plus considering others who had driven in experienced traffic delays.) This stay ended up being an unexpected highlight of our trip and we would definitely come back again!

Christmas Visit Home

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the QG Investment property. Leaving our vehicle in the parking lot created some small concerns but everything was fine. The unit possesses amazing character and is nicely equipped with everything a traveller might need. It was comfortable, cozy and reminded us of our college days at Wayne St. Its close to everything downtown and door dashers have no problems finding the building. For anyone looking for a reasonably priced comfortable unit, I'd recommed to anyone.

Quick trip

Stayed here for a couple of nights for a concert and Tigers game. Location was a little bit more industrial than we expected, but it worked for us given we needed something dog friendly!

Fun and convenient loft

We enjoyed our stay at this huge loft. Well appointed with thoughtful details like water and candy. About a 10 min walk to both hip Corktown and downtown.

This property is absolutely horrible. We couldn’t even stay there, so we moved to a hotel instead. There has been no response from the host despite sending pictures and contacting Vrbo on several occasions. What a rip off!!

Disappointing

The pictures of the place are accurate but the description is not at all accurate. I am a former Detroiter who returned to visit family. The place is not in Corktown, it is in the industrial area outside of Corktown--not very walkable. There was no air in the unit other than a stand alone unit that barely cooled a third of the loft. The kitchen is not gourmet. There is no dishwasher, few dishes and even less cookware (one small skillet, one small saucepan) so you can't really cook in the unit. There was no corkscrew to be found. The bed was very hot (maybe because of no air?) and I found myself sweating and stuck to the sheets. When the person in the unit above is home, you can hear every footstep they take. There were some bottles of water in the fridge, Keurig coffee and some small bags of chips but there was also a half eaten bag of pretzels on top of the fridge and someone's contacts were in a bowl next to the coffeemaker. Not a great experience all in all.
