“Great location that is easily walkable to various downtown locations. Having parking behind the building was great. The only negative is the loudness. The building walls and floors are super thin so you can literally hear every conversation coming from around the unit almost as if you were right there with them. The property owner provided earplugs, which I was initially confused about, but I quickly realized how necessary they were! That said, I would stay again.”

“We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously. We really didn’t use the kitchen, just one fork but noticed some of the silverware in the drawer wasn’t clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. The metal bunk bed was comfortable but……

“Great for 1-2 people. Lovely bathroom, decent kitchen, great desk space and comfy bed. A bit confusing entering from the gate to the main house, but once process was explained, easy to navigate. ”
