“The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. And after REALLY looking at the bathroom I noticed the trim was painted EXTREMELY messily While NONE of this was an issue with the stay - I guess I just expect more for the amount that’s paid for the room. Also the bar/restaurant (brunch on sunday) was……

“My experience was good. The staff were so helpful and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. Great proximity to everything!”

“Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. ”

“The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

“I specifically booked this hotel because of the view from dining restaurant on the upper floor pictures. I called the hotel a month in advance before making a reservation and they told me that the restaurant upstairs does not take reservations and it’s 1st come- 1served. I book my reservation and while getting checked into the hotel the clerk mentioned the other restaurants in the hotel. I inquired about the upper level restaurant and the clerk told me that unfortunately it’s not open because……

“I stayed here for a conference at the Huntington Center, it’s about a 10 minute walk away. Parking is close the building, you can see it from the lobby. Check in was a breeze, received an email about 10 minutes before check in with room number and key code. Got the luggage to the room, and it’s quite nice, w on the 4 floor, so the noise wasn’t an issue. Yes, there were loud cars and bike rubbing up and down the street, but it died down by 10pm. City Market is a block away, and we did our……

“The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.”

“Your basic No Frills hotel but it was clean andconvenient for the 3 days we stayed there. We were in town for a wedding. Convenient to some local dining and nightlife as well. Staff was very friendly. Nothing fancy about the place but they got the job done”

“Our room wasn’t very clean and it overshadowed everything else. When we pulled back the bedding, there was (body?) hair on the sheets and pillows. Further inspection revealed the same in the shower & on the bathroom floor. Sasquatch may have stayed in our room the night before, but it’s their job to erase that! Was pretty gross :/. Property is obviously super close to Little Caesars which was convenient. Linens were good quality. Breakfast was simple but good. Nice & helpful staff. Parking lot……
