“We may have arrived on an off day, but our check-in process was terrible. There was a line the entire length of the lobby after 4 pm (when check out started). The front desk staff were not communicating with the line as to the reason of the delays. It then turned out that many guests with reservations through expedia did not actually have rooms reserved, with no help from the hotel. Luckily our reservation was still valid.
