“I prepaid through Expedia for a queen room with microwave and fridge for 4 days. They did not have it. They had ONE room available which they tried to give us with a double bed NO microwave NO fridge and smelled of tobacco smoke. He supposedly refunded the payment but not the full amount. He claimed that’s what he was paid by Expedia. That was May 31 and as of 6/9 I have not received the credit on my charge.”
