「I have a few issues: 1. I specifically booked a king sized suite but when I arrived, it’s only a queen size and the front desk said that’s all they have available. May have booked a different hotel if I knew you guys had no king sizes 2. When I asked for a few extra towels because we are here for a week, she said I have to walk there with my dirty wet towel and return it to get a new one. How does that make any sense…also when u first arrived, no towels were provided so front desk gave me two....

「When first arriving, the man wanted to know the name of the Expedia agent who made the reservation. He had my name but gave me a heard time with obtaining a room because I did not know her name. ???The bathroom was dirty, the bed only had a sheet, no blanket. When I asked the staff member for a blanket, he acted put out and asked me to return the blanket to the office in the morning. One plastic cup in the room and no coffee, fridge or microwave and no in-house food.」
