「Stay one night to attend Bruno Mars concert. The location was great to walk to Ford Field (concert) and downtown Detroit to explore. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Never made it to casino side. Room on surface looked clean, bathroom, sheets, but floors could have used a good vacuum. Told my family not to walk without shoes on. Otherwise, we liked the hotel. Would stay there again. 」

They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. 「I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example. I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...
