「The floor in my room was so slippery that I nearly fell a few times. Room 521. I pointed this out the custodial people that were in the hallway right outside my room upon leaving. 「nice service and great rooms with liviing/kitchen」

「I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!」

After constant back-and-forth with the desk staff person we were finally able to get a lightbulb. When we asked for additional towels...
