“This small place was not bad, just OK. The bedroom has a brick wall that is deteriorating and debris had come down onto the floor. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned well in a while. There were no bed sheets or linens for the pull out sofa bed, just a mattress pad and heavy comforter. The AC had not ben turned on for us and the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The AC unit for the kitchen/living area worked fine, cooling it down in a couple hours. But the bedroom unit struggled the……

“Nice off the street parking, security is good (two sets of codes), walkable area with plenty of restaurant options. Apartment was spacious, has a nice couch!”

“Very disappointed with the air conditioning. It was 95 degrees and the air conditioner was a portable one that did not cool the loft at all. Definitely not worth the price.”

“We loved our stay. The loft space was exactly what we expected. The pipes are loud, you can hear the neighbours, and a curtain rod fell while we were out, but I also wouldn't change a thing. I happily stay here again. ”

“Booked a last-minute trip to make the PWHL Detroit takeover game because my teenage son rediscovered his love for hockey, and so did I. This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. Kitty-corner on one side is a whole foods, in the other is DMC. ”

“Loved the property. Was clean and in a very accessible area. If I could change anything it would be the ability to adjust the temperature. I was freezing most of the time. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.”
