“Different than the usual chain hotel. Nice location in the middle of the city. Room was clean and big. Nice view of the city.”

“The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Two ladies at the desk were very unhelpful and actually mean. We needed somewhere to stay Wednesday night. We booked the room after midnight, which was technically Thursday. When we arrived to check in, we were told we couldn’t check in until 3 PM on Thursday. The ladies were mean and smug. We paid $150 to stay in a room we never stayed in. I asked for their names I was told they were not allowed to give them out. This is a terrible hotel.”
