“The Zalmans restaurant is fabulous. All staff that I met were great especially Bilal or "Bill". He fixed as best he could some bad stuff in the bathroom. He should run the place as his attention to detail is excellent. We talked about what I do with hotels and his knowledge. He asked if I would do an operational audit of the place. I said probably depending on my time. I'm coming back on Sunday night for a few days so maybe then. It's normally $25,000 but Bill was so good and convincing I'm……

“The business conference room could use a computer for guests to use, but the front desk was nice enough to give us directions to the nearest FedEx Office so we could print out our boarding passes for our flight home.”

“Excellent stay”

“Hotel was clean and we actually had our room upgraded which was nice! Only stayed for one night so cant say much about staff assistant or amenities. The water bottle refilling station in the gym was handy though!”

“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Good experience”

“Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles”
