Room was nice but bathroom had a smoke/musty smell. I understand these can be extended stay but for those stays that aren't it would be nice for them to put in even a single cup coffee maker. Staff was friendly and it was nice to have a laundry room available.

I had high hopes for this hotel since it is only 5 or so years old, but sadly I was very disappointed! The floor is vinyl plank which showed all of the lint, dust, and hair all over it. It was like the cleaning staff had not even bothered to vacuum or sweep the floor. I arrived late on a Sunday night so I had to wait until Monday to go to the store and buy a Swiffer Wet Mop and clean my own room to feel comfortable enough to stay there for a 2 week stay. The other major problem with this hotel was the noise. There were 2 main noise problems. The 1st was that it is situated right next to I-275 freeway and even though I was in the room furthest from the freeway, there were times of the day that the freeway noise was crazy loud. The 2nd noise problem was with the building construction. Again being only 5 years old I expected it to be well built; however, it appears the builders skimped on sound deadening insulation because even though I only had 1 neighbor next to me and 1 above me, I could hear pretty much every movement. I imagine the people above me were just walking around, but it sounded like they were jumping up and down and stomping their feet all the time. The walls between rooms are so thin that I could hear my neighbor's cell phone ringing, & it was set on vibrate. I thought my own phone was ringing but it was the neighbor's phone. I would say the one bright spot of this hotel was the lady doing check-in/out. I didn't get her name, but she was very nice and helpful!

The floor was dirty in the bathroom and sleeping area. There was a sign in the elevator that ALL GUESTS needed to take their trash out to the dumpster…I didn’t notice it until the night before we checked out. The desk was already closed and not opened when we left. I would have definitely discussed that.

There was nothing to cook or eat with in the room. They were starting to clean the room before even checking out and I still had stuff in the room. Also it had snowed and sidwalk was slippery and we told the front desk they probably should put salt down and they said they already did. But clearly they hadn't.
