5 Bed Lake House - Sleeps 10 - Nature Reserve

This 1930’s lakehouse rests in approximately eight acres of curated private gardens, lakes and woodland within the centre of the market town of Devizes. Drews Pond house is nestled on the border of the Drews Pond Nature Reserve and surrounded by woodland.

The market town of Devizes is just a 10 minute walk away.

This house has 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10.

Bed 1 - double bed
Bed 2 - King bed or Twin bed, balcony
Bed 3 - Super king bed
Bed 4 - Super king or Twin bed
Bed 5 penthouse - Super king or Twin bed, balcony, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom

The kitchen has; fridge and freezer, 6 ring hob, 2 ovens, a kettle, a freezer, air fryer, coffee machine and a microwave.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and has good internet access.

We have a large fire-pit that can also be used as a wood-fired BBQ.

Multiple seating areas outside for both relaxing & dining.

We have a boat, and lake fishing is available.

Let us know if you want twin bed arrangements, as default they are not twins. Also let us know if you would like a high chair and travel cot left out

There are 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), both have a toilet and sink, bath and separate walk-in shower.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Earlier check-in or later check-out can be agreed in advance, just message us.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking at the property for up to 15 cars.
- Pets are not allowed at the property unless agreed in writing with owners prior to stay
- We will require a £250 security deposit before arrival
