Updated Compact Condo in Great Location

My husband, 8 year old and I stayed Wednesday through Sunday over 4th of July weekend and had a great time! The condo was fully equipped and convenient to the beach, restaurants and trolley to Rehobeth. Working with the rental company was seamless. Would reccommend!

Steps from the beach!!

This property is exactly what the listing says and you can hear the waves from the porch. The unit itself is adorably decorated with plenty of family space for our 4 person family. The kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy a meal. The appliances seem brand new or barely used. We LOVED having our morning coffee on the screened in porch!The bunkbed room had plenty of space, 2 dressers, and a closet. The 2nd main bedroom was tight though; 1 closet and 1 set of drawers in the same closet. It wasn't a problem for my husband & I because it's summer, but its something to note though if you love clothing options and over-packing. All the beds were very comfortable and the property is very quiet yet close to all of the Dewey fun!There is only 1 bathroom in the unit, but it again wasn't a problem for our family, however is something to consider. All 4 of us took showers right after each other, and we never ran out of hot water or lost pressure. Check-in and out were very easy and the property owners were great with communication and any questions we had. I would consider staying here again and highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing beach get away!!
