Lovely house, great location

Can't beat this location! Easy walk to the beach as well as both Dewey Beach attractions and Rehoboth. The house has ample beds, seating, and space. Everyone had a lovely stay.

Great Home!

This beach house had everything we needed! One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach. The weather wasn’t the best during our visit, so we spent a lot of time at the house. There’s plenty of board games to help pass the time on a rainy day. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun trip to Dewey Beach.

Close to everything!

Very quick walk to the beach, short safe trip to popular restaurants and bars in town. Home is laid out very nicely with comfortable furniture and a great dining space. Would definitely return!

House was clean and as described. If you plan on doing any cooking, kitchen is not equipped well. Very bad smell in upstairs bathroom and bird sounds with fan on. One couple lost use of bedroom and bath. Reported and and no response or fix before we left. Poor communication and no resolution to reported issue

Cute & Convenient!

This house was cute and very close to the beach. It fit 8 adults (4 couples) comfortably. Access was easy and bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The ceilings and windows were not clean and had large dusty cob webs hanging down and bird poop on the windows. Not a huge deal since it was a very tall ceiling and window but just unpleasant to look at. We had some difficulty with ants in the kitchen and a loud cricket in the basement. We only stayed 2 nights so the food we did have we put in the fridge to keep it off the counters where the ants were. Would stay again for the size and convenience but would request better cleanliness/pest control.
