Welcome to our 330 sq. ft studio apartment
✦ Our building consists of many amenities:

* Multi-purpose hall with stage
* Movie theatre (50 seats)
* Prayer room
* Fully equipped Gym

* Rooftop BBQ station
* Jogging track and rooftop gardens with seating
* Lounge area
* 24/7 Security
✦ We also provide services:
* Room and bathroom cleaning
* Laundry Services
* Garbage collection
* Food (menu will be provided)
* Airport drop off and Pick up
Our space is very new to our community in Dhaka, we are offering a fully furnished single room with an open kitchen, washroom, and a veranda. The whole apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. We have attached a kitchenette so you can enjoy your own meal.
✦ You can use our common dining room if needed.
Microwaves and cooking essentials are also available.
✦ Furthermore, there is a wonderful lounge for your guests
✦ Please call your assigned staff member for any kind of need.
✦ Please remember that our quiet hours start at 11 pm.
