“Good place to stay but property needs updated too old”

“The worst level of service. Light nobs were broken, bedroom TV was not working at all, hand shower of the restroom were broken. ”

“I stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Heritage, and I had a wonderful experience. I truly loved the atmosphere in the lobby; it was very neat, clean, calm, and quiet. My hotel room was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view from my balcony. All of the staff members were very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the front office staff, Sajeda and Fardin. I would also like to specially mention Najrul Bhai, who was extremely helpful……

“We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was……

“The administration (and reception) was horrible. I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid. I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund. I have not received the refund yet, so I decided to write this. My colleague, who stayed for the same duration, made a reservation through……

“Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not”

“Staffs are good, rooms are good as i am executives for JPMorgan they came into see me, breakfast was good, only i wanted to keep some food in their refrigerator to bring to us, they dint give me permission initially and i had to keep at family members house ”
