When I arrived to Dhaka, this hotel was shut down. I then had to spend days on the phone with Expedia trying to get my money back for a week-long stay. Not how you want to arrive to a city like Dhaka at night. What a nightmare.

They publish rates in usd and charge in taka with exchange rate according to them which is much lower much much lower it is a fraud .... why dont charge in usd when they display in usd ???

Location is good. The crews are not courteous. Denied free serve of breakfast in all three days on plea that they have received voucher from Expedia where no breakfast facilities as free issue , whereas my voucher mentions that.

one of the unprofessional hotel stuff i ever faced during visiting Bangladesh. they need to learn how to talked to their guests also try to help when they need something. front desk receptionist was really rude to me and my cousin while i was there. room is too small and dirty. also bad smell. bathroom isn't the way it showed on pictures. just help yourself guys don't bother to go there.

The staff made it worth it.
The staff was exceptional. Room service was not great at delivering what I asked for. However, it was remedied. The bed could be a tad higher and less bumpy, but it was doable. Due to the staff alone (and easy location to get to other places) I would recommend staying here.

Good but the airport pick up service is a bit too expensive. It’s not that far from the hotel so it can be half price I believe.

By providing these services, our transfer could be a little on the higher side as opposed to public taxi's and/or uber.

Excellent hotel
First trip I've ever taken to Bangladesh where the mosquitos did not eat me alive, and the food or water did not sicken me. I attribute this success to this hotel. Facilities were bug-free (only one or two mosquitos seen), and I got fresh tasty food from the hotel restaurant, both as room service and as eat in diner. The hotel bathroom had nice touches like a hot water heater, makeup mirror, and ledges for all my supplies. Fresh towels daily. Plenty of travel-adapter-like outlets. Many lights. Nice and usable wardrobe and desk, even a mini-fridge. Since it was a single room, I had to ask for a room safe, which I did get. Always had doormen and friendly knowledgable front desk.

I have recently stayed at Hotel Orchard Suite , Dhaka for 3 nights and it was a comfortable stay with moderate price - Value for money. Hotel is located in a clean area with easy access to the airport and the city . Rooms were neat and clean with friendly approach of staff make this hotel unique.

Service was bad. The first night my basin damaged where it should discover during the house keeping easily but they didn't, this show that they didn't do the house keeping before next guest check-in. And, they takes more than 1 hour to come and check after few hastener and finally they told me they go for dinner first keeping a tired man waiting to wash up at late night.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but the ambiance and the overall set-up was very basic. The room and toilet was small/cramped with hardly space for two folks. The advertized 4* hotel rating is certainly not deserved. Food in the restaurant was ok with the breakfast buffet again being basic presentation. Did not give the feel of the fresh morning look. The cutlery/crockery could also see some improvement. Overall thought was that it was pricey for the quality of accomodation/comfort offered.

Good service but amenities lacking
Starting with the good: the hotel staff do their best to be service minded and try to accommodate guests' requests. The rooms are relatively clean and the rooms with 2 twin beds are a decent size. The breakfast has some variety (although the coffee served at breakfast is instant). The not so good: I booked a king-size bed for my colleague and I but what they consider a king-size is actually a double bed. They did not have any free rooms with 2 twin beds the first night so we were unable to switch. To make matters worse, my first night there I was awoken multiple times during the middle of the night because of nearly 20 mosquito bites. Perhaps this was to do with the location of the room because I did not have the same problem for the rest of the stay. Second, the rooms do not have a kettle/coffeemaker or an instant coffee set. Third, the gym has one treadmill and two weight machines, in total. There were probably a couple of other things that I have forgotten to mention but overall I don't believe that the rate we paid was worth it. If the cost were half that, I would consider staying here again. Note: the car hire from the hotel is ridiculously expensive and the pricing is arbitrary (the first day we were quoted a certain amount for a full day and when we asked for car hire for 5 hours on our last day we were quoted double the amount)

A Disappointing Stay
Don't let the decent photography fool you, this is not a comfortable business hotel in a nice part of town. It is down an alley, surrounded by crumbling buildings, and the staff are very poorly trained. In fact, I feel one of the few positive points of this hotel is its relative proximity to the airport. The staff lost a package of mine, and denied it was ever received. When trying to contact hotel staff by phone, I called every number in their directory multiple times without getting an answer. To me, the absolute the nail in the coffin was when I booked a car to take me to the airport, and they did not make arrangements and yet hesitated to tell me this. When my car eventually arrived some 20 minutes late, it was a dilapidated rust bucket that was covered in vinyl seat protectors, and that smelled like a foot. To make matters worse, they made me share the ride with another person and the commercial goods he intended to peddle, and yet the car still would not leave until I made a complaint to the management. It was a miracle I even made my flight. To make a long story short, this was quite easily the worst stay I have ever had while traveling professionally.

もてなしの勉強をもっとすべし。
3泊して、ドアボーイの対応はすごくいい。不快だったのは1日ツアーを申し込んだことだ。ダッカ郊外のSonargaonとSadahghatへいくタクシーを頼んだ。10時間チャーターで8000タカとかなり高いと思った。ウーバーを勧められたが、現地に行って捕まらない最悪の事態を想定して、頼むことにした。予定の時間よりも早く終わったら料金を差し引くと言われた。10時ごろ出発して、3時半ごろホテルに戻ってきた。5時間半と契約の半分ぐらいで終わった。速く終わったから割引のことを言うと、ツアーを申し込んだ時の担当者と違って、確認して、連絡すると言われた。数時間後、部屋に電話がかかってきて、速く終わろうが、最初に支払った金額が履行され、減額はできないと言われた。私の要望に応えるためにわあわざホテル外の運転手を雇ったなどど理解できない理由をつけられて向こうの都合でおされた。せめて帰りの送迎サービスを手配をしてくれればとかすかな期待をしたが、もらうものをもらったら、しらないという笑顔の億に腹黒さが垣間見えた。帰国の際の空港税は払う必要があるかと気宇と。フロントの2人はUSｄ10と口をそろえて言われた。しかし、空港で聞くと「何それ」という感じで払う必要はなかった。旅行は楽しかったが、たとえダッカへ来ても、もう2度とこのホテルは利用しない。Sadahghatは港町で、ダッカの中心街とは違う活気にあふれたにぎわいがあって楽しかった。
