Beautiful, comfortable villa "Alberto", surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 apartments in the property. In the district of Monade Santa Lucia 2.5 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 7 km from the centre of Imperia, 18 km from the centre of Alassio, in a secluded, elevated position residential area (villas), 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: large, well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool secured (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). In the house: burglar alarm system. 1 km long steep, narrow motor access. E-charging station. Shop 2.4 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 10.7 km, railway station "Diano" 2.5 km, sandy beach "Diano Marina" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Marina 2 km. Liebevoll verwaltetes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist toll. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Auffahrt ist mit einem großen Auto recht steil und schwierig dafür lohnt sich der Ausblick später. Sehr zu empfehlen!
