「The best thing about this hotel was the staff! They were clearly working VERY hard to give the customers a positive experience. The rooms were clean and updated. The issue was the overall condition of the property. Backdoor didn’t lock, vending machines broken, half the washers and dryers broken. The parking lot and external appearance was poor. There was one elevator for four floors so you had to wait forever.」

The fridge in our room was dirty and we had to clean ot before we used it. The hot tubs water looked brown and smelled like urine. I realized it's an older hotel but they could at least clean it.
