“We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. Thank you for a great stay!!”

“We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.”

“We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. “This is a wonderful property and exactly what we wanted. Not far from conveniences (15 minutes) and larger city if we wanted to visit Nashville (30 minutes) but such a peaceful and restful place to visit. Fox and Locke is a great restaurant within a couple of miles so easy to grab something. The main house is great for two people or small children on the sofa bed. The second space is great if you have two couples or some older children to have their own space. It was beautiful!”

Hot tub is nice but owner will charge u for them to drain an clean the hot tub an im sorry i shouldnt be charged for something that should be deep cleaned after every guest. Sanitary reaaons.
