「This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor」

「We stayed here the night before we went on holiday and it was the best thing we did. The hotel was fabulous and the connecting tunnel to the airport is genius. We had food in the restaurant in which the receptionist gave us a 10% voucher when we checked in that was lovely. The staff and food there was great. The room was big enough for a family of three. Very comfortable and clean. I will be definitely booking again. 」

「Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. 」
