"Im the guy that would always see the glass half full and to never complain..This i can't let go without adressing. The master bedroom a/c is not working!!! My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No ..."

"The property is beautiful. The waiter at the waterfront restaurant was very pleasant and accommodating. However, upon check-in the lady could've been nicer. Also, the carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning. It was noticeably dirty."

"This property is different from any hotel I ever stayed in. It’s called the upside down hotel because the 9th floor rooms are on the 3rd floor and vice versa. The room was smaller than expected but had a patio. The breakfast buffet in the mornings was GREAT, can’t complain."
