Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. “The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“This is a very nice property and is in close proximity to Duck - nice walking distance. It is right on the main street so there is some road noise but not too bad, though. The walk to the beach and pool amenities are about a block away. We would definitely stay again.”

“We owned in Duck for 20 years but we still rent 4 times a year, the house was amazing so many wonderful features and alot of room. I was very disappointed in the last of cleaning that was done. Some items in the kitchen I would not use they were disgusting . I cleaned some of the toilets and disenfected myself. I was disappointed in the lack of utensils for a party of 18 so it stated it housed. We had to constantly wash the utensils, maybe 7 forks at that, the house will be amazing if some……

“We had a great stay, location was perfect for local shopping and dining, only 20 minute drive to nightlife. Property manager was very responsive, plenty of seating in the house for group of 10!”
