"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

    "Just finished a wonderful stay at the Oberoi Hotel in Delhi. First class service all the way . All staff is courteous and helpful and hotel is immaculately clean. We tried all of the restaurants, bars and the Patisserie downstairs and all were wonderful in terms of food and drink quality and selection. If I had to find any fault it would be with the bedding. I found the sheets did not stay in place well and the bedspread was too heavy and felt old and dusty. Without it the comforter was too thin and i felt cold . Also the drinks we ordered at the pool took way too long to come out, almost half an hour for 2 gin and tonics. Other than that it was a beautiful stay . ;-) "
