This two-bed, two-bath condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. You have the choice of lounging on the plush seating by the fire or cooking a gourmet meal in the recently renovated kitchen. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of Chateau Claire, where all condos come equipped with Roku TV.

Located in the center of Summit County, Colorado, Chateau Claire is away from the crowds and hustle of the ski resorts but only a few minutes from the finest winter and summer sports in the country. Enjoy sailing, cycling, fishing, skiing, and snowboarding in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

Great Location, clean, a little dated

Great little property that served our needs perfectly. Clean but a little dated. Just as a heads up, there is no patio, outdoor seating, or yard. This is in a condominium complex.
