“An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous; we appreciated the range of fruits. Grace made us very welcome throughout our 3 day stay and was very helpful on practicalities like transport. “We stayed one night in Room 1 and absolutely loved it! The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a charming window overlooking the street below. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with lovely complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was excellent — a great selection of cereals, fruit, pastries, and hot drinks, plus delicious made-to-order options. My double cheese omelet was filling and perfectly cooked. “Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……
