「Excellent location for visiting Arches National Park」

「Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent). 」

「This is a nice unit in a nice location, and was very well stocked. The patio was a nice extra for us.The listing was not clear that all three bedrooms were upstairs with one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Our group was two couples and the bathroom locations was not ideal. The listing was a condo, but this is a townhouse with only 1 bathroom upstairs. Two of the bedrooms had no closet or dressers leaving one couple living out of our suitcases on the floor.」

「Property management team was great and very responsive and location was really nice but the property itself is very run down with a lot of deferred maintenance. Carpet was in poor shape and stained. Overall property is in need of repairs and updates from pots and pans to cracked floor tiles. 」

「No body wash or soap for shower. No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Other than those things it was a great place to stay」

「Host did a great job of getting us checked in after a small snafu. Ice maker is a great touch. May need to add to the directions to check the bottom plug before pouring in water. We have stayed here before and hope to stay here again in the future!」
