“This property is amazing. It is as advertised and super convenient if you want to ski Mammoth Mountain. The ski in and ski out convenience is second to none. You literally take an elevator downstairs, grab your skis from the unit’s assigned locker, walk 20 feet and put your skis on and you are ready to go. “I didn’t appreciate the long contract of rules i had to sign only to find dated stained carpet upon my entry. All flooring and furniture coverings leaves much to be desired. I needed to ask a question about my reservation but got a message it was “ after hours” (Friday at 11am) and dont bug anyone unless there is an emergency. Microwave didn’t work. Kitchen light went out. Remote batteries for tv were dead or gone. The two hot tubs and pool area was nice. Unless you have a “ touch” feature on……

“I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was used Kleenex under the bed from who know when. The the tub was dirty when I arrived. The “king suite”had a jacuzzi tub in the picture but no jets do it was a large bathtub for two. There was just enough hot water to fill the tub bot after that there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower after. The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars milk and expired orange juice. I had to ask for someone to refill my breakfast food if I didn’t they……

“My son and I took a quick trip to Mammoth and found this condo very comfortable and super convenient. We only had 2 days to ski and the owner provided such clear instructions that made the whole process of checking in, parking, storing our equipment, check out, etc so easy. We used the sofa bed which was comfortable and we were happy to have the conveniences in the kitchen as well - including the coffee - Thank you! We will be back.”

A group of people chatting but didn't bother to prepare water and drinks for the guests (ordered coffee without spoon and milk...) This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!"
