“Staff were super helpful. Location v convenient and car rental right across the street. Their roof bar opens until 11:30pm and has view of Disney. We went back to hotel every night at 11:00pm and staff were still around to help us sort things out. Love this hotel.”

To be honest, I initially considered booking a different hotel this time—just to try something new. But after comparing several options, it became clear that no other place checked all the boxes quite like this one. “A wonderful stay, nice staff, excellent service, quickly checked in-out. If the breakfast can have more other choise, that would be much better.”

“The included breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The hotel is very close to Disneyland, only a 7-minute drive. The only drawback was that no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste were found in the room. I don’t know if I should ask the front desk to get it.”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……

“I liked the service and how convenient it was to go from place to place. The complimentary breakfast and the cleaning service were really nice, the hotel was close to attractions, and the decorations in the lobby were pretty. But the swimming pool had leaves in it and there aren’t any lifeguards there. I think that there could be a bit more safety around a few places, but other than that, it was overall a great experience!”

“Spacious. Facility is a bit old. Hygiene is good though not spotless. Staff are polite and helpful. They also have coin-operated laundry machine.”

“Loved the proximity to the park. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is nothing I didn’t like. I would highly recommend this inn if you’re visiting Disneyland. ”
