“This is our first experience renting from a vrbo and we were impressed! Edwin's Evergreen Suite was comfy cozy and clean. Excellent price point as well. Upon realizing that the couch is a futon bed we were also impressed that it could accommodate easily another guest if needed and it had a mini fridge too in addition to the K-Cup coffee machine. “My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The pictures were accurate. Below are my likes and suggestions:1 - Great location close to grocery store, restaurants, pet store, gas, etc. 2 - Plenty of parking. “We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. ”
