"Excellent property with several pools and restaurants"

"I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel on March 21, 2026. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient. It truly made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. One of the best features was the complimentary shuttle service. They take you directly to the ticketing areas for all the parks—Universal, Disney, and even the water parks. Not having to worry about driving, traffic, or paying for parking was a huge plus. The shuttle dropped me right at the front entrance, which made getting in and out of the parks so easy. The location is also perfect. If you want to grab a casual meal or just unwind with a drink, there’s an Applebee’s connected right to the hotel—you can literally walk over in minutes. It’s such a convenient option, especially after a long day at the parks. The amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area is huge and perfect for families, with a dedicated water pad/play area for kids. There’s also an outdoor bar, which makes it great for both families and adults looking to relax. What really stood out to me was the value. I paid just over $100 for the night, while my son stayed at a Universal resort for nearly $600 a night. When they wanted to visit Epcot, they still had to drive and pay for parking, while I simply took the free shuttle. "We just recently stayed on the property. Staff were fabulous but the room that was provided to us was quite dated. The property itself was clean but staff was not cleaning tables at the small amenities like the ice cream shop or counters. Over all 3.5/4"

"Don’t know where to begin but this is not the same resort I stayed in last year .. the room was different very dated … sink stopped up .. internet was non existent, trash in wall ways .. and a dog barked for 6 days starting at 5 am and no one could ever find the dog … I reached out to management several times I will say the managers were very nice and understanding but it was pretty much a done deal at that point … to spend so much money for that resort and no compensation back was a shocker! "
