“I stayed here multiple times and every time it gets better and better. In each vacation Villa or condo that we have gotten to stay in has had everything available to us so all we have to do is have Walmart plus delivery or Publix delivery or instacart or many other entities can deliver groceries and we can put it in a full size refrigerator with ice machine it was a home away from home every time 10 out of 10 Stars. Miguel and the rest of the staff was attentive to our needs after our arrival……

“The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on. It should have been replaced several years ago, the furniture was disgusting, we didnt even sit on it. I bought a blanket to use on the bed, as the one we had was stained with something. The……

“So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home……
