“My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. While sitting on the porch, a brave kitty approached us, and soon a whole tribe of cats had adopted us, offering nonstop purring therapy.The next day we launched the canoe and paddled through stunning Bell Springs……

“Easy walking to anywhere you’d want to go - most places downtown are 3-4 blocks (Tiki Hut us as far as we ventured and about 1 1/4 mi each way)Cottage is perfectly appointed and neat as a pin. We didn’t want for anything. Grocery market is still closed so bring food if you intend to cook. Kitchen is well equipped. We’ll be back!”

“We really enjoyed our cute cottage with our friends. Perfect location and the golf cart was so convenient to have, it really made our trip more fun! Anthony was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly for any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked and so were the bathrooms. Very clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing we would suggest would be having a curtain hang between the area where the washer/dryer is next to the bedroom so the sunlight doesn't wake you up. Cedar Key……

“We had a very nice stay this past weekend for a scalloping trip. The location was great, less than 10 minutes from the marina, and very easy to find. Check-in was super easy with great communication from the owner. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and cold bottle water available for us, as well as travel sized toiletries. Totally unexpected, but very appreciated since I forgot to pack lotion. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The A/C unit was easy to use and……

“This precious cottage was exactly what we were looking for! I don’t need lavish, I need cozy and comfortable! This was not only that! It was in inviting and refreshing! My son and I enjoy nature and this place did not disappoint! It was close enough to convenience. Yet tucked away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. “Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.”

“The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. My friends and I did a kayak trip on the river and the convenience of the location to the boat ramp was wonderful. Unfortunately, a family emergency occurred so we did not stay overnight. I informed the host and got a reply within the hour. I would definitely recommend 10/10. ”
