Ideal for year-round stays, the villa provides a heated pool and jacuzzi for cooler days, along with underfloor heating and a fireplace to create a cozy ambiance.
The villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed 650 m² plot that ensures privacy and peace. Guests can enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi, with six sun loungers and two umbrellas providing options for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A covered outdoor dining area with a large grill makes it perfect for al fresco dining in all weather. Ambient lighting enhances the surroundings and adds a charming glow to every corner of the property during the evening.
Inside, the villa features an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen designed for comfort and warmth. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances such as an induction stove, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware. The dining table comfortably seats 6, providing a welcoming space for meals.
