“Convenient for the Burnham Markrt horse trials and to walk into town. Parking available at the annex. Bathroom was small but adequate.”

“Perfect location. Good continental breakfast, although there was no marmalade! Excellent shower. We had the downstairs room with space for wheelchair - this meant that the sink is low and small and that the room only had space for one chair. As with many hotel and b&b bathrooms, there was inadequate shelving or flat surfaces on which to put toiletries etc.. in fact, apart from balancing things on the toilet cistern, there was no space at all. To get 5 stars the room would need two chairs and……

“We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Ladies at breakfast really welcoming and friendly. Great food choices inc gluten free cereal and croissants, so that was pleasing. Rooms are extremely lean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of shelving in the bathroom to put all our toiletries. Short walk to beach. We Will return. ”

“Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. ”

“I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. There is a small general kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave and hotplate. You will need to bring your own pans and there is a fire area provided on which you can cook food too. “Couldn’t fault it. Lovely setting. Sunny courtyard leading onto a nice dining room and bar. Food was excellent. Staff accommodated all needs. Parking close by - street parking but safe and we never struggled to find space. Our room had a small patio area, and all the amenities you could ever want. Would certainly stay there again. ”

“We stayed in the Churnery room for 2 nights on a B&b basis. Good size room with has been refurbished to modern standards. Everything supplied that is needed for a short stay - smart TV, fridge, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, bottled water, etc. Continental breakfast is excellent, wide choice including facilities to freshly cook your own boiled and scambled eggs. Both Nigel and Carol were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Short stroll to south beach is a must at sunset to see the sun disappear into……

“Really cosy property and everything you needed. Fantastic location, supermarkets, the wonderful Hunstanton high street a few minutes walk away. Fantastic walks along the beach, to the dunes as well as the woods in land. Very nice garden which I am sure is great in summer. A great place for a relaxing break.”
