「Big dirty house with holes between doors and floor to the outside. Carpets dirty, sheets and pillow covers covered in detergent not completely rinsed. Mice droppings on the floor, hot water doesn’t work in one bathroom. Lights don’t work in one bedroom. Exterior doors don’t have actual door lock. Mice running around in the ceiling. Driveway is covered with grass and not easy to spot in the evening.」

The property is in a wonderful location, as you can walk to several restaurants and local businesses. The owner also owns an amazing restaurant, which I highly recommend for your dining. 「The property looked nice, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was cold, and I couldn’t find an extra blanket, so I didn’t sleep well the first night. The cigarette smoke smell was also extremely strong. I understand smoking is permitted in the listing, however, as a nonsmoker, it was overwhelming. I ended up buying candles and incense and leaving the door open to try and air it out, so this room is not ideal for...

「My friends and I went on a trip to Florida for our graduation and decided on driving the distance. We stopped at this Vrbo over the night, arrived around 9:00 at night and left early in the morning the next day. I’d say the home was really nice, fairly clean, and in a very accessible placement with a gas station and shops a walkable distance away. However, a few days after we left the owner contacted me accusing me that I had stollen power tools out from the bed of his truck. Mind you I’m an 18...

「This is our 2nd time to stay here. We travel from the Tampa area in FL to Kennesaw, GA frequently. We prefer back roads to I- 75. Back roads take longer so we split our trip into two days. There aren’t many nice hotels between so this has been a great halfway point for us. This is a lovely studio apartment in the country. It isn’t far off Highway 19. We love the place and the setting. It is near Thomasville which is a cute south GA town.」
